From beginners to experienced fly fisherman we have something to offer. In PA there is a huge variety from trout to musky. With some of the best fly fishing in North America.
Trout
Little Juniata River
The Little J is a top tier limestone influence trout water in PA having both high fish counts, big fish and unique water. Located near Tyrone there are great runs and nice scenery. Along with world famous tributary Spruce Creek.
Penns Creek
Penns Creek is brown trout fishery that contains great pocket water and runs. Below Coburn PA there is more limestone influence and gravel creating ideal breeding habitat which sustains a healthy population. Hatches are spectacular and fishing opportunities are unique.
Big Fishing Creek
Big Fishing has some spectacular water that can be technical. The browns, brookies and rainbows that inhabit the creek are a challenge to catch. Some of the best pocket water and pools in PA can be found here.
Spring Creek
Spring creek has the most fish per mile of any stream in PA. It is spring fed like the name with regularly keeping the temperature in the 50s. This creates year round fishing opportunities and is a place I like to focus.
Neshannock creek
I grew up less than a mile away from the DHALO section and had a trail to the creek. The Nesh can be really fun and is stocked with large trout through the keystone select program. Good fishing can be found outside of the project as well.
Others?
There are no shortages of hidden tributaries, creeks, and rivers that we have spent many hours fishing Pine Creek Watershed, Kettle Creek, First fork, Clarion River, Elk Creek, Walnut Creek, and many many more.
Smallmouth Bass
Starting in Western PA at Slippery Rock Creek through the Allegheny National Forrest to the Clarion River there is some unique smallmouth fishing. Holding both numbers and fish of size.
The West Branch of the Susquehanna river drainage has some of the best smallmouth fishing PA has to offer. We can set our anglers up for moments they will remember.
